Where do my keys and data go?
Keys are encrypted and stored in your workspace only. Nobody can read them back after you save them. Your business data stays in your own apps and in your workspace, and it is never shared with other customers.
What happens if I disconnect an app?
The product stays active, but the agents and syncs that use that app pause, and its step shows a warning. Reconnect the app in Apps or on this page, and they continue where they stopped.
What does it cost?
The price is shown at the top of this page. The work the product’s agents do counts toward your workspace usage, like any other agent.
How do I turn a product off?
Pause or remove its agents in Team and its syncs in Integration. Your data and settings stay until you delete them.
Who can see my data?
Members of this workspace, each within their role. Avantis AI support can open your workspace only through audited support access, and you can require your consent for it in Workspace settings.
